Project Finance
HPSIDC offers financial assistance through term loans up to Rs 500 Lakh for each proposal/company for setting up a project in the State of Himachal Pradesh. The service sector entities like Hotels/tourism industry, cement, steel, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, general engineering, food/agro-processing, electronics/electrical, textiles, etc., are considered eligible for financing.
The project should be financially and technically viable with satisfactory financial indices like Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), payback period, etc, and the promoter directors should execute personal guarantees with the Corporation for the timely repayment of the financial assistance sought.
